Sierra Leone: Don’t Legalize the Killing of unborn Children

They say it’s about “women’s health”—but this bill is a lie.

Sierra Leone’s Parliament is preparing to debate the Safe Motherhood and Reproductive Health Care Bill 2024.

It sounds harmless. It’s not.

If passed, this bill would legalize abortion up to 14 weeks—for any reason. Even worse, it allows late term abortion, even right up until birth, vague excuses like “mental health” or fetal “abnormalities.”

No safeguards. No clear definitions. Just open doors to abuse, manipulation, and the mass killing of unborn children.

This is not what Sierra Leoneans asked for. It’s being forced on the country by foreign donors like the Gates Foundation, Biden’s USAID, and UNFPA.

They’re using their billions to push a brutal agenda—abortion disguised as care. They call it “rights,” but it’s really control. They say “healthcare,” but they mean death.

And they’re doing it without the consent of the people.

Churches and religious leaders across Sierra Leone have already spoken up—loudly, clearly, bravely. They’ve called this bill what it is: morally evil, dangerous, and a threat to our children and our future.

Now it’s our turn to stand with them.

This petition gives you the chance to raise your voice and help stop this deadly bill.

By signing, you’ll show Parliament that Sierra Leone is watching—and that surrendering to foreign abortion agendas will come at a political cost.

Because politicians know: if they ignore the Church, the people, and their consciences—they risk losing everything in the next election.

But if we do nothing, they’ll pass this law in silence.

And the consequences? More unborn lives lost. More women harmed. More foreign control over Africa’s destiny.

But if we act now, we can stop this. We can protect life, dignity, and truth.

Let’s rise up and reject this horrific bill.

Sign now to tell the Sierra Leone Parliament: Reject the Safe Motherhood and Reproductive Health Care Bill of 2024. Protect Sierra Leone’s unborn children and their mothers.

This is the moment. Don’t wait.

Sierra Leone Must Stand for Life—Reject this Dangerous Bill!

To the Honorable Members of Parliament of Sierra Leone,

The proposed Safe Motherhood and Reproductive Health Care Bill of 2024 is neither safe nor motherly—it is a threat to life, dignity, and national values. Far from improving maternal healthcare, this bill legalizes abortion on demand up to 14 weeks and opens wide the door to late stage abortions under vague and easily misused justifications.

This bill is not homegrown. It is being pushed by foreign interests—USAID, UNFPA, the Gates Foundation—who promote abortion rather than offering genuine healthcare solutions. These actors insult Sierra Leonean women by implying that poverty or social difficulty justifies the destruction of their unborn children.

What Sierra Leone’s women and families truly need are clean and accessible hospitals, trained midwives, emergency care, and support for both mother and child—not the false promise of abortion.

We urge you, Honorable Members, to reject this bill in its current dangerous and misleading form. Protect the lives of pre-born children. Defend the dignity of Sierra Leone’s women. Stand for real healthcare and real compassion.

Join the voices of Sierra Leone’s religious leaders and courageous citizens who are rising to say: our nation does not need abortion—it needs care, justice, and respect for life.

With sincere respect and hope, [Your Name]
