As part of the fight against coronavirus, authorities have forbidden believers from visiting churches and participating in worship services. Many serious experts consider these decisions to be in violation of the Constitution and federal laws.
The same authorities have left open other services that include and not limited to transport , restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, abortion centers etc.
We ask the President and the Government to listen to the requests of believers and open churches to enable them attend and participate in divine services, in compliance with all necessary sanitary precautions. Sign this appeal!
The time has come...
Since the break of Corona Virus, the authorities have put in place stringent measures in order to curb the spread of covid-19. The most noticeable is the closure of churches and places of worship. This is happening even when some non-essential services are being re-opened.
The worshippers want to go to church, they want to receive the sacrament while observing the necessary measures just like everyone does while going to use public service vehicles or going to a supermarket.
For Christians, the impossibility of visiting the church is not only the deprivation of prayer together, but also the lack of the ability to confess and take part in the Sacrament of the Eucharist.
The government needs to trust the church to being smart enough to put in place the necessary measures and obeying the guidelines as they restore the most needed worship in the country.
Sign this petition , ask the President and the Minister of Health to re-open churches and places of worship with the necessary measures.

We want to return to our temples and churches
Dear the President and the Minister of Health,
All of the signers of this petition have experienced, like everyone else, the separation from our loved ones... but also the separation from places of worship as part of the COVID shut down of our country.
Today, your government is considering and approving some measures to alleviate the restrictions imposed on the people by planning to reopen some economic and social activities . We respectfully ask you to also pay attention to the needs of the Christian citizens and to consider their need to celebrate their Faith. In particular, we ask you to immediately resume the celebration of the Sunday worship and the Sunday Eucarist.
The Church will know how to organize adequate instruments of social distancing within places of worship, and you should trust people of faith to be smart about protecting themselves and others. Please take a step forward to protect the right to believers to freely profess one's religious faith and practice its worship, as recognized by the Constitution.
