There is a deadly sickness in Minnesota, and we’re not talking about the CoronaVirus.

Despite the global pandemic and health emergency burdening medical providers and causing sickness and unrest around the country, the Mayor of Minneapolis took the time to proclaim March 10 as “Abortion Provider Appreciation Day.”  While true medical professionals are working around the clock and putting their own health and lives on the line to save those who have been infected by COVID-19, Mayor Jacob Frey decided he wanted to honor abortion “providers” who cause pain and destruction of human lives instead.  This announcement is sick, and the Mayor must immediately apologize and recant!

Please sign this petition to the mayor asking him to apologize to all of the hardworking healthcare providers at crisis pregnancy centers in his city and to women and children stigmatized and harmed by his actions.

Just read this perverse and twisted praise from the Mayor for a local abortion clinic, where countless innocent unborn babies have their lives ended at the hand of “doctors” there.  According to Mayor Frey, he’s “proud to recognize today as Whole Woman’s Health as an essential part of our community.”  Really?  Ending the lives of unborn babies, and often causing physical and emotional damage to troubled young mothers is an essential part of the community

Sign this petition to let Mayor Frey know that his statement could not be further from the truth.

And of course, the Mayor could not get through the statement without making unfair accusations against the countless constituents he has that are pro-life, and value the lives of the little babies who are never permitted to be born.  He described the fight for legal protection for these vulnerable lives as daily “harassment and threats to abortion access at the federal and local levels.”  Despite these smears of “harassment” and “threats,” pro-life advocates and protesters are some of the most kind and compassionate people—fighting vigorously to protect life.

Indeed, the Mayor claims that abortion providers “deliver high quality care,” even though the abortion industry is fighting at the Supreme Court a law that would simply require abortionists to have admitting privileges in local hospitals and to abide by other rules that apply to all doctors.  Even though they are engaging in dangerous, invasive procedures (which by the way always kill one human life), they want to be exempt from health and safety rules governing all doctors?  Enough is enough.

They cannot malign pro-lifers while celebrating death and destruction in our community.  Sign this petition to ask the Mayor to apologize to the women whose lives were destroyed by abortion, and to instead celebrate pro-life women’s health clinics which actually serve women in the community and provide real health care, not death care like abortion.

In a time when a virus is sweeping the country, we should be celebrating doctors who save lives—not those that end it.

Abortion should not be celebrate --especially at a time like this

Dear Mayor Frey,

Despite the global pandemic and health emergency burdening medical providers and causing sickness and unrest around the country, you declared March 10 as “Abortion Provider Appreciation Day.”

While true medical professionals are working around the clock and putting their own health and lives on the line to save those who have been infected by COVID-19, you decided you wanted to honor abortion “providers” who cause pain and destruction of human lives instead?

Please apologize to the women whose lives were destroyed by abortion, and instead celebrate pro-life women’s health clinics which actually serve women in the community and provide real health care, not death care like abortion.

In a time when a virus is sweeping the country, we should be celebrating doctors who save lives—not those that end it.
