Fire Officials Committing Cruelty against the Boy of 13
Fire Officials Committing Cruelty against the Boy of 13
Eugene's son is a 13 year-old Dutch citizen. He was forcefully removed from the care of his loving father on the orders of the UK's Medway Council Children Services on 9 April 2015 all because of false allegations which were later thrown out by a criminal court.
Please sign the petition urging to fire the officials who’re committing cruelty against this boy!
The situation of Eugene’s son is described here in more details. The son was removed from his father on obscure grounds. Father was never convicted of any crime against his son or in any improper action that could justify such a decision.
The boy is being kept in foster care against his will and forcefully prevent from seeing his father.
Contacts of the boy with his father are severely limited on pretext that it would prevent him to "settle down" in foster care where he is being kept under 24-hours supervision.
He is not allowed to call his dad, e-mail him or write him a letter, to visit birthday parties or come to school.
His father (you can see him in the photo above) is a well known concert pianist and is not convicted or charged with any crimes. His only "crime” is that he loves his son and wants him back home from foster care.
Social workers are concerned that the boy never speaks in a negative way about his father and therefore they decreased contacts up to abusive level of 4 times per year. This number of visits is less than convicted criminals are allowed to have. The boy is prevented from attending synagogue with his father. Rare meetings with a boy are conducted in debilitating conditions in a room intended for meeting with small children that is very dusty and full of baby toys.
Son is not allowed to receive letters or presents from his dad unless approved by the above-mentioned social workers.
At the same time Director of Children Services Ann Domeney owns her private company A D Children Services LTD. Only during the last year her profit amounted to around 90000 pounds. There is a clear conflict of interests between her duty as a public servant and her business interests as an owner of this "children services" company.
Dismissal of those workers from their offices would not only help a teenager to see his dad but would save hundreds if not thousands of pounds spent on keeping child in a foster care against his will.
