Appoint a Strong Pro-Life Voice to the United Nations
We are searching for a champion for life to push back abortion activism at the United Nations
On October 9th, the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, announced her resignation in the Oval Office. Ambassador Nikki Haley’s departure leaves a key position in the administration open where strong pro-life leadership is badly needed.
The United Nations has shamefully become a wholesale partner of the global abortion industry. U.N. agencies and U.N. bodies routinely promote abortion with impunity. They also partner with foreign governments who are openly hostile towards strong U.S. international policy supporting the right to life.
It has never been more critical that Ambassador Haley’s successor continue the vital work she began at the United Nations to oppose the inclusion of abortion-related terms in UN policy, such as “sexual and reproductive health” and “reproductive rights.” But, much more must be done.
Please sign our petition urging President Trump to select a leader with a proven willingness to defend children in the womb to replace Ambassador Haley.

Ambassador Nikki Haley’s resignation has left a key position in the administration open where strong pro-life leadership is badly needed. We urge you to select a leader with a proven willingness to defend children in the womb to replace her.
The United Nations has shamefully become a wholesale partner of the global abortion industry. U.N. agencies and U.N. bodies routinely promote abortion with impunity. They also partner with foreign governments openly hostile to the Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance policy and the Helms Amendment, while supporting abortion activism like the She Decides campaign, created by European governments to bail out the international abortion industry following your international pro-life policy.
We hope Ambassador Haley’s successor will continue the vital work she began at the United Nations to oppose the inclusion of abortion-related terms in UN policy, such as “sexual and reproductive health” and “reproductive rights.” But much more remains to be done.
Going forward the United States must continue to show moral leadership and make ending abortion a global political issue. Our next Ambassador to the United Nations must both openly oppose an international right to abortion and labor to take abortion out of UN policy altogether in order to end UN abortion advocacy.
