Britská sudkyňa nariadila matke potrat proti jej vôli

Rozhodnutie britského súdu, ktorý minulý týždeň nariadil mentálne postihnutej matke, ktorá je v 22. týždni tehotenstva, že musí aj proti svojej vôli podstúpiť potrat, spôsobil rozhorčenie po celom svete.
Potrat, ktorý úmyselne pripraví o život bezbranné, nevinné dieťa v lone matky, je barbarská praktika, ktorá nemá (resp. nemala by mať) miesto v žiadnej civilizovanej spoločnosti. Zákonom nariadený nútený potrat je však už naozaj nepredstaviteľná bezcitnosť a jedna z najhorších foriem násilia, o ktorej sme si mysleli, že sa môže stať len v totalitárnych režimoch, akým je napr. komunistická Čína.
Je šokujúce, že takýto druh krutosti a barbarstva bol ortieľom štátnej moci v Spojenom kráľovstve, a to navyše pod rúškom "najlepšieho záujmu" pre matku.
Tešíme sa však, že zvíťazil zdravý rozum, že matka a dieťatko sú zachránené. Chceme urobiť všetko preto, aby sme tejto rodine v neľahkej situácii pomohli, a to aj potom, keď sa dieťatko narodí.

Britský súd nariadil matke, ktorá je v 22. týždni tehotenstva, že musí ísť aj proti svojej vôli na potrat. Matka, ktorá dieťatko chce, trpí stredným stupňom mentálneho postihnutia, a preto o nej rozhoduje tzv. Súd pre ochranu.
Sociálna pracovníčka tejto matky dôrazne odmieta názor lekárov, ktorí tvrdia, že potrat je v jej najlepšom záujme. Právny tím ženy protestoval, že takýto názor nie je ničím podložený.
Matka tehotnej ženy sa chce o vnúča postarať, keď sa narodí. Sudkyňa Lievenová, známa zástankyňa potratov, ktorá v roku 2017 povedala, že protipotratové zákony v Severnom Írsku boli podobné mučeniu, sa však nazdáva, že by bolo pre babku príliš náročné starať sa zároveň o svoju dcéru a aj o vnúča.
A preto vraj s ohľadom na to, "že by to žene mohlo spôsobiť traumu, ak by jej dieťa bolo odňaté zo starostlivosti," nariadila ukončenia života chceného dieťaťa, a to napriek tomu, že takéto konanie môže matke spôsobiť vážnu postpotratovú traumu.
Takýto drastický a nehorázny zásah zo strany štátu nie je možné tolerovať, preto, prosím, podpíšte túto petíciu Ministrovi zdravotníctva Veľkej Británie, Mattovi Hancockovi, aby v tomto prípade zasiahol a urobil všetko, čo je v jeho silách, aby zabránil tomuto hrubému prekročeniu právomoci štátu.
Nevieme, koľko času matka a jej dieťa majú, kým budú donútené k vykonaniu hrozného ortieľ,u prosíme podporte túto petíciu hneď teraz.

Regarding Justice Lieven’s forced abortion decision
For the attention of the Secretary of State, Matt Hancock MP,
Dear Mr Hancock,
I write to you with great urgency in regard to the recent judgement by Justice Lieven ruling that a mother with a learning disability must be forced to have an abortion. I urge you to intervene in this case, so far as possible, to prevent this gross injustice being inflicted by the State on this family and ensure this woman is not forced to have an abortion.
As the Justice herself admits, for the State to make this decision is “an immense intrusion” into the private lives of its citizens.
The woman in question, whose identity is unknown, wants to have her baby and the baby’s grandmother said she would care for the child when he/she is born.
I question the appropriateness of Justice Lieven adjudicating this matter due to her past advocacy for abortion provider, BPAS and her claim that Northern Ireland’s abortion law is akin to torture.
Furthermore, the Justice reveals her abortion politics when she claims that it would be a greater trauma for the baby to be removed after birth because “it would at that stage be a real baby.” This case should not be about abortion politics, but it is evident that Justice Lieven is unable to keep her own views about abortion out of this case.
I therefore urge you to intervene in the case, doing all within your power to ensure this woman is not forced to have an abortion.
